Bernard Theriault has more than 30 years of expert knowledge as a manufacturer and lighting designer in the entertainment industry. Seeing the need for high quality truss and live entertainment structures in an exuberant local cultural scene, Bernard founded Arcofab to be able to meet the needs of a dynamic theatrical, musical and circus community.

He enjoyed instant success, and his products found their way to customers across North America. With this success came a period of rapid growth and challenges. Arcofab wound down and Bernard took time to re-evaluate how to best use his talents and energy.

That came with the creation of Therio Innovation and a more focused approach to product development and fabrication – but most importantly – a special attention to innovation.

Several years later, Bernard was joined by Luc Dorion, P.Eng., a certified engineer in structure and welding with over 15 years of expertise rooted in the aeronautics sector and show business. The team was now ready to meet the challenges of a quickly evolving market, to re-unite with past clients, and to grow into one of the premier suppliers of expertly engineered and fabricated products in the North American market.
